  1. Print the Group Purchasing Agreement.
  2. Send the Group Purchasing Agreement via mail or fax to Webster & Associates
  3. Begin saving money! You will instantly have your choice of all equipment and services available by direct order from Webster & Associates. Furthermore, we will immediately coordinate with GIV and Henry Schein to set you up as a customer so you will have full access to all products distributed by GIV and Henry Schein.

ORDERING OPTIONS

For direct contract items ordered through Webster & Associates, Inc.:

Once you've enrolled in the Group Purchasing Program, you can order all items from our direct contracts. Just contact us and we will personally handle your order.

For medical products ordered though GIV and Henry Schein...

Once you've enrolled in the Group Purchasing Program with Webster & Associates, and become a GIV and Henry Schein customer, there are 3 easy ways to order:

  1. Telephone - Call Toll Free 8:00 am - 9:00 pm Eastern Time.
  2. Custom Fax - Simply check the items you want to order on a Personalized Custom Fax form that lists all the items you frequently order. Complete the rest of the order form and fax to a dedicated Toll Free Number.
  3. Online - Henry Schein's on line ordering system is a free electronic catalog ordering system and can be accessed from your PC or the Internet.
    There are many advantages of using online ordering...
    • Direct access to your account 24 hours a day
    • Direct access to your account history, product information, current order information, order status and shipping information
    • Information on your shipment, such as the time of shipment and shipment quantity
    • Once you start using online ordering it keeps a list of every order you have made by fax, phone, PC and Internet.

TERMS OF SALE

For medical products ordered though GIV and Henry Schein...
Shipping
Orders received by 5pm local time are shipped the same day.

No minimum order.

Free freight – freight is prepaid on all orders shipped within the continental U.S. However there is a nominal $7.50 handling charge on orders under $100. There is a freight charge on special shipping orders.

Payment
We offer several payment alternatives for your convenience.

Orders can be billed to your account and are payable within 30 days.

On orders of $100 or more, payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard and Discover (subject to a processing fee).

Price Guarantee
Every item is backed by a Price Guarantee.

If you find a product advertised for less, it will be matched. Proof of advertisement is required, within 60 days of invoice date. Items not subject to price matching guarantee are those purchased directly from manufacturers, pharmacies and those that have experienced a manufacturer price increase since the date of the invoice. Also excluded form the price guarantee are those which are offered with a gift, discount or any other promotional offer.
